Under-16 Assessments
We do not provide assessments or ongoing care to anyone under 16 years of age unless a parent or legal guardian has first completed our consent and service-agreement paperwork. Bookings for children are handled exclusively through our encrypted third-party electronic-medical-record (EMR) platform, Pabau.

All information entered into Pabau is stored on UK-based, NHS-compliant servers and is accessible only to authorised clinicians assigned to the case. Because children’s health data are special-category data under Article 9 UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, we apply extra safeguards:

• end-to-end TLS encryption during transfer and AES-256 encryption at rest;
• role-based access controls and two-factor authentication for staff;
• minimum-retention schedules—records are kept only for as long as required by law and clinical guidelines.

Parents or guardians may, at any time, exercise their UK GDPR rights to access, rectification, restriction or erasure of the child’s data by contacting us at clinic@neurodevelopmental.co.uk.

Accessibility

We are committed to making the content we provide accessible to individuals with disabilities. If you have a disability and are unable to access any portion of our website due to your disability, we ask you to give us notice, including a detailed description of the issue you encountered.
